Nice one :)
"Leave the AIM casino" - the sooner the bloody better
faramog - I was being serious if you are investing in the long term development of a potentially huge business such as BMN and the VRFB energy storage sector then you need to have at least a 5 year outlook. This does not mean of course that you have to have been holding for 5 years before you have the right to have an opinion, but given the fact that the 'H' in LTH explicitly mean holder then that would seem to be an appropriate definition. In a similar vein it is not therefore unreasonable to refer to 2-5 years as medium term holder and less than 2 years as STH, but this may be somewhat splitting hairs because there is not yet more earth shattering news announced this morning.
If instead we wish to refer to those (or ourselves) that are invested for the long term then we could use the moniker LTI or I4tLT
I stand corrected. I am I4LT. Not a LTH as only here 12 months!
PI since April 2019, after all the good news hoping we'd hold the high 20's a few weeks back, with hindsight should have sold and re-purchased, yes lets leave AIM, guess JSE is the link, isn't 1 of the new management team skills is her experience of JSE, interesting to see how many of us react to the next spike!
Bryn - indeed it does seem to make more sense to focus on what someone might intend to do in the future rather than what they did in the past. The term 'LTH' can be read in two different ways - [I have been / I intend to be] holding for a long time so can easily lead to misunderstanding and misrepresentation by those that would like to divide our community.
LIION - I fully appreciate that and obviously each to their own.
I personally just think many of those readers will be obtaining info they wouldn't otherwise get and it's a small ask to click 'recommend' if you glean something from said post.
It will serve to put this board even further ahead than it already is of other boards. Hopefully helping to drive people to look in / dig deeper.
Over 180 readers (allowing for a little manipulation of course - it wouldn't BMN without it) - it's a small army! Way above what I would have guessed at.
Those onlookers should be clicking the button when they see fit at the very least. My opinion only.
ha ha ... well I first bought on 14th April 2016 at 2.32p !
And although I do have a draw-down plan I will be holding a large swath for many years to come (and also in Afritin) ... I see lots of juicy dividends to come with all the free cash after the investment/expansion phase
I am still waiting for some posters here to announce a book on investing, as I'd certainly be more likely to buy it than the one Simon Thompson of Investors Chronicle has written! I wish my fundamental analysis was as good as the more experienced posters here!
I considered myself a LTH but, apparently I'm not !
First purchased in April 2018 , bought more up until November 2018 - I think I panic purchased when in the 40's thinking the trend was going to carry on 'up North' - wish I had a little hindsight now !!
Read the posts everyday from 06.00 to 18.30 - wishing I could understand how some of you guys 'tick' and getting infuriated by the manipulation, which I consider theft of my money !!
Intend to hang on for a few years to bolster my retirement - if I can ever wrench myself away from the workshop!

Joined the end of 2013 and best investment I've made and there's lots more to come :-)
I bought June 2018, have bought all the way up to the forties and back down again to the the twenties, now hold 500,000 shares and will hold until what I believe true value is reached. Looking forward to 2020.

I first bought in September 2018, same as DBB bought all the way up to the forties and still buying more.
Hold 336,000 share average price 36p, so about 41K down.
Roll on the £1 party

Been researching and watching BMN since it hit around 40p. Eventually bought in at 21p and I will soon be doubling my holding once some funds clear. I read the BB most days - some fantastic well researched posters on here, some of the best I've seen on LSE.
Saying that I always rely on my own research for investment decisions.
Being a relative 'newbie' MikInaman does not preclude you from being a LTH - we're all forward looking here!!
Fortunate enough to have got in in October 13 with a top up in December 13. Only wish I had bought ten times as many!
With luck, one of my others will come good so that I can double up here before it goes through the roof..........
(Which I hope it will do before I get toooooo old) GLA all.
So only 1 hour and 45 minutes left and we have 205 readers registered on LSE who have clicked on the post from 16:00 yesterday.
That is a lot of regular readers!
As we are getting nostalgic, my first purchase was for 26k shares at 3.8p in October 2013. I trust a qualify as a LTH! Think I was underwater for the best part of 3 years from 2014 - 2017 with that one.
Lowest I managed was 155k at 1.3p in November 2016 which was very near the all time low. Highest was 8k at 37.84 this year so well down on those!
Still here after holding for 6 years - not going anywhere just yet!
First purchased 6 Nov 2013 @3.5 and like SOTRR took a hit until early 2017
Best top up - Oct 2016 at 1.39p and conversely my worst has been the Bed/ISA activities in April 2019.
205 regular readers. Thats impressive.
Certainly reflects how appreciative us PIs are with the wealth of knowledge being kindly shared here.
BTW, another shipment received on Sunday. (37,811kg; USD 983,086). Possibly one more delivery this month. According to Pal, over 208,000 kg for November, which is the third highest figure recorded.
Whilst on the subject of thanking our regular posters for the info they share on this BB, I think a mention to Paludina is in order for all the work provided with the shipments.
209 now.
I've been here since Nov 2013 at 4.84p, bought more at 5.75p in may 2014, held tight and regret not buying below 2p, bought more at 34p this time last year. Only totalling 110,000 at 9p average, but it could be enough to pay the mortgage off in 4-5 years from now.
Another LTH since Oct 2013 who scans the BB every day - Hoping for an early retirement through BMN.
Read this bb everyday. Never posted, not sold a single share since my first buy Jan ‘17 and been adding ever since. Truly believe in this share given the leadership team and tremendous opportunity they have and continue to steer this company in. Highly informative posts for the less knowledgeable of us from a bunch of well researched, genuine posters. Looking forward to 2020 and beyond.
671,000 @ 13p in mine and wife’s ISA’s
190,000 @ 22p in SIPP

I'm always here lurking, can't add anything to the brilliant research on this board. Thanks to all the contributors.
