Yep, the both of them! Even if not voted off , they all need to get the message of our “displeasure” ( a slight under statement!) as a shareholder of their performance as BOD. This will of course be picked up by our “esteemed” Non Executive ( and Non Existent) Chairman who will pick this up as part of his duties of training and education of the BOD!!
Directors are not “re-elected on the nod”. Two Directors were up for re-election as per AGM Agenda. There was an opportunity to vote for their re- election or not. Everyone should have voted in accordance with their views of the performance of those individual Directors . I. acted accordingly !
Good luck with that then! FCA AKA Flipping Chuff All will do exactly that …nothing. Hope you mentioned the £75m worth of shares sold by Mr Liam Hale, the Bond Market sell off , interest rate jitters, stop losses being activated …and on and and on! Just be patient like me after all you only have 6 posts bless you!!!

“ These options will be subject to shareholder approval granting the directors authority to issue shares for cash which will be sought in due course.” from RNS today 12-09-23.
What is the boards thoughts on how the shareholder approval will be sought? When do I get to vote? Via an EGM when perhaps results are declared or via an AGM ?

I’d like you to do something constructive with your time @KevinRound. 12 posts already today starting at 03:36 this morning, do you never sleep?😴
Why not put some energy into researching how shareholders can call an Emergency General Meeting? I haven’t the time but you obviously do. Or perhaps securing a resolution for the removal of a Director under Section 168 of the Companies Act 2006. Choose your Director but any of the turkeys will do! Lack of supervision and managerial oversight would be good a good enough reason to cite to start the ball rolling!😡

My reply from Freetrade today in response to my query on proxy voting…
“Thanks for reaching out today!
I'm afraid we do not offer proxy voting as part of our service. & I'm really sorry to disappoint you on this.
We are working to allow this in the future, but we do not have a timeframe to share on this right now. If this does change, we'll let customers know how they go about exercising their votes.
We do currently support voting on some takeovers and tender offers. Our Corporate Actions team will reach out to you with an election form for any event you may be entitled to participate in which we are able to facilitate .”
So I’m not really a shareholder then!! ??
A disappointed Bryn
