09.21 - If someone had written this when you were still invested you would have ripped them a new one...it's interesting to see a 180 turn in sentiment with a 180 turn in position...
09.08 - Bye...
in the not to distant past oil turned out to be oily clay... nobody disputes there is oil there.. but you have to hit the spot and get it out.. that's the bit that people don't understand and a dodgy drill isn't going to do that. For the big boys to take over you need a lot more than Duster Dave's colourful presentations... The big boys want a pipeline taking the stuff to a refinery.. We are a long way from that hence the share price of 1.5p
goldstinger, you are not alone... I think you are perhaps part of the biggest club of all in the scenario that you describe
My problem is I set a target sell price but I end up selling too early. When they go back down I forget to buy until they've gone back up. Doh! I think I need a fund manager. You guys confuse me with your arguing. Why can't we all agree it's going up or it's going down? Jeez, what's up with you all.
This is a Yazz share. The only way is up! Unless you want more shares...
Yeah to me I don't see the down side here.
I know there are a couple of names that we see regularly on this board who bash the daylights out of this and insult others, but we all know who they are and what level of credibility to attach to their mad ramblings.
If you are sitting on a good average then enjoy, if you are upside down or got spiked then just hang on, you've lost nothing. As long as the share is listed then any losses or small gains that could've been bigger are all self inflicted. Have a plan and trust in it.

I understand exactly what you are saying. I myself de risked just before the recent drop and bought in again when the price was about 1.18p. I managed to get quite a few more shares than I did before for the same amount of money . The only thing I would say is I was thinking of selling and buying back later in the year but there is too much potentially happening this year especially over the short term.
End game or 12p sounds like a good strategy to me.
Share prices are astronomically difficult to predict so wouldn't take notice of those who think they can get it right.
There are Oil shows, but until the Resource is deemed Commercial, the SP will meander back under the 1p mark. The is also the question of another CR to fund Interest & lease payments, expenses etc, & a question mark over Leadership going forward. Too many questions for me & not enough answers.
A lot of investors will NOT wait until the next drilling season, preferring to chase the next big thing! maybe they will be interested in Wall's next project, or maybe not!!!
Good luck.

Interesting timing given that the Company will be issuing a timeline for lab results this week.
I am quite certain that there is no professional investor able to forecast with any certainty the future share price of this highly volatile stock.
Pleased for you that you are so resolute having banked a profit. Well done.
I am staying for the end game or 12p :)

Have a good summer and look forward to hearing from you again in the autumn.
Good luck
"I know a number of investors here who have followed the normal, perfectly legitimate route, of using their 88e holding as collateral" - Speaking as an Ex holder, I know of many people who did the opposite - got spooked by the blatant ramping over on Stocktwits, and got out before the drop.
I once said I'd never sell, now I realise I had become emotionally ivolved and in future I'll be treating this like any other share. the price is going to decline steadily until the next CR (In November probably) at which point there will be a steady price rise into and through the next drilling season when it will spike again. I no longer have any 88E shares so this will be my last post for a while. I'll probably be back in December to surf the next wave!
Hold on there a min....just going to get another beer and some crisps....
09.55- Rabito79: this is untrue. I know a number of investors here who have followed the normal, perfectly legitimate route, of using their 88e holding as collateral. They have made money without selling any of their 88e holding. VGLA
11.24 - Great, thats all we need....
"Fundamentals can only be analysed on a fundamental basis, fundamentally" ha ha
you sound so like Rabito :-)
Brombarb,
I think the point was that you are unable to articulate the fundamental valuation here- you are merely "flipping a coin". What is this fundamental valuation that the "OTC happening" have not taken account of - where are these trading and oil brains???
09:55 Never made any secret of the fact I am here to make not lose money, but I tell no one to buy or sell or indeed ever forecast prices either up or down.
The recent OTC "happening" took no account of fundamental valuation as far as I can see and I think I know enough and have enough oil and trading brains within my family to understand what is happening and more importantly the cos.
As for ISA I have only ever advised "to consider" and given appropriate links for them to make own decisions , not sure what point you are trying to make, :-)
You can say that again: -)

09.25 Yes Brom, but you have to sell to make money. Something you have done very well. I note you ignored the request for help regards fundamental valuation, you are a bit quicker with advice on how to set up ISA’s to buy mind you. Well played sir, subtle as ever indeed.
08:53 subtle as ever
can't get away though from

so many have made money but you have to be in to win.

Don't be fooled by the naysayers. They want you to sell your shares so they can buy them cheaper.
