If the SP stays above 2p for 5 days the BOD can buy their options and sell the purchased shares if they wish.
Not sure what to make of Kamakazi's last post whether it was his usual sardonic stuff, or riding two horses. Can I ask, with BOD remuneration share offer, if the SP reaches 2p and stays for more than 5 days, can they sell up |?
're all those things that are supposed to be under discussion at the moment.
Hope things haven't stalled and we are going to get more delays.
Atb,

And some my friend, and some :) life is going to get very busy around here very soon
The market will ultimately dictate the price. But I am confident that in the next 12 months the share price will be above 2p.
Do you expect the SP to spike on the next official news release BF ?
Could it double to 2P ? 3P ?
Just as well that I like the colour green.. :)
Bullfrog, you waste your finger tips trying to convince a blinkered horse to change direction. Best behind the green door its much more peaceful
RoJo ... See it as an opportunity to buy more before the RNS drops.
We are getting news from official sources that things are progressing. This project is finally making headlines in the local press which until recently has been a only footnote.
Not often does the normal investor get a chance to get a head of the curve before official company new releases.
I'm watching closely but I can't yet see any sign that our investment is taking off.
Where are you looking ?
Is a Peking Duck when you're out first ball playing Chinese cricket ?
Gas being delivered at 60mcftpd in December. Better get that pipeline built!
There too much smoke now for the Doubting Jonah's worrying that our investment might in fact be taking off !

One of the benefits is that various youths from our village and others will benefit from job opportunities, especially during the construction process, women and other people will have the opportunity to sell food and other stuff during implementation of the project,” he said.
The construction of the gas pipeline from Ntorya Gas Reserve to Madimba Gas Processing Plant involves passing through five wards and eleven villages in Mtwara District Council.
Text from article
MADIMBA Gas Processing Plant is projected to start processing additional 60 million cubic feet per day (mcfpd) of natural gas from the Ntorya gas field in Mtwara coming next December.
The plant, a subsidiary of Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC), currently is on the final stage of constructing a 35-kilometre gas pipeline from Ntorya Gas Reserve to Madimba.
The TPDC Communications Manager, Ms Marie Msellemu, said they are finalising the process of paying compensation to 255 villagers for the land where the pipeline will pass from Ntorya to Madimba.
“Some 437m/- has been allocated to compensate the villagers mostly,” Ms Msellemu said.
She further said the processing capacity for gas from Ntorya will more than double from 60 mcfpd to 140 mcfpd in the next two years to stay ahead of gas demand.
“We will start to process gas from Ntorya at a lower capacity before doubling the capacity in the next two years,” she told reporters who recently visited the Madimba plant.
Madimba Gas Plant Manager, Eng Leonce Mrosso said the plant has the capacity of processing 210mcfpd gas from Mnazi Bay gas field some 10 kilometres away.
“The gas is pumped from Mnazi Bay to Madimba through a 16-inch pipe, most of our gas is pumped to Dar es Salaam [some 551 kilometres away] for generating power and running some manufacturers factories,” Eng Mrosso said.
Additionally, Dar is getting natural gas from Songo Songo plant with a capacity of processing 140mcfpd.
In total, Eng Mrosso said, Madimba and Songo Songo plants process 350 million cubic feet per day.
ANNE ROBI, DAILY NEWS Reporter in Mtwara reported that some of the “wananchi” lined to pave way for construction of the pipeline, highly thanked TPDC for ensuring smooth and timely payment of their compensation.
“We really appreciate the way TPDC cooperated with us as they conducted the process right from the beginning when they introduced the project to us (‘Wananchi’) to date, we have not had any problem so far,” said Hassan Mohammed, one of the beneficiaries of the compensation.
One Fatma Abdalla said TPDC conducted the process fairly by ensuring that each and every one lined to vacate his/her piece of land was satisfied with the way the corporation is conducting the process to settle their compensation.
“I did not experience any problem during the process, the corporation (TPDC) explained to us well how each and every one was supposed to be paid based on the size of land provided by each,” she said.
Mtendachi Village Executive Officer, Muhidin Ally said the plan to construct the pipeline through the village was crucial as the villagers will benefit from social and economic opportunities to come along during and after the construction of the pipeline.

I suspect they mean Dec 2023 and not Dec 2024...
The NT-2 well must have tested OK for them to be proceeding with the pipe line construction and the TDPC would likely have seen early 3D results to enable them to commit funding.
Great to hear from you P Duck ! Time will tell will it not.
TZ - save yourself (and others on his board who have filtered out his c**p) the bother by also filtering him out, please! I say this for your own sanity. Just like Bojo, it's the end of the road for this dimwit..:)
He watches Empire of the Sun every Christmas Tanz. I'm more of a Die Hard man myself.
And what difference would it make if he did Tanz? Would it cause you to cease your baseless assertions about people holding grudges, trading the stock, manipulation of the price to get a lower entry level or any other speculative, unsupported accusations against anyone who has has the effrontery to issue anything but totally hyperbolic, positive posts to the AEX sp case?
Beware everybody - no denial now that he is out to kill off our investment !
...at least get the spelling right tanz.
kamikaze.
Hi there Gaslady and good to see you here. Plenty of these news bulletins about now with old photos but if it's true, it's a big, big blow for Aminex shareholder Kamikazi Rojo the man who wants our investment to die !
