Once more the agitator cannot read or understand context.
Apologies to those bored with this nonsense, but while he continues in one of his many guises to be pain in the aris, speculating without substance that nothing is ever going to happen for Aminex I will continue to post the official line, because until it changes, nothing else matters.
I'm now retired and I have all the time in the world to repeat that official line. So here we go once again, boringly. You are welcome.
I have predicted nothing. Just a deadline it needs to meet if it is to be completed by October as follows:
"Estimated three month build means end July latest start date to be ready for end October.
Point 2 notification must come at latest by 2nd June (certainly within the next nine trading days) if on the 2nd the AGM would take place on Friday 30th June (deadline day)
"First Gas still expected October and according to last weeks RNS the GSA and the FFD contracts are imminent."
The following expected during the interim period.
Pad Location decision - TICK ONE
AGM announcement imminent
NT2 flow test results
Scirrocco deal complete
3D results
Gas sales agreement
FFD sign off
25 year development licence
Ch1 pad construction
Rig contracted Spud date
Drilling of 3rd appraisal well
NT1 well workover
Pipeline completion
First Gas Production from NT2
All fully funded and all due this year!
Future:
Farm Out of Nyuni License.
Recent Addition with an unknown timeline
The government shows confidence in asking Aminex to Farm out rather than relinquish the Nyuni area as planned. Meanwhile neighbouring Orca continue with 3D seismic over Aminex prospect with their results due later this year helping to define Aminex position further on the license. Speculating that would put Orca in prime position for a farm in, but if significant finds are made, it may tempt ARA to come in on that license as well as Ruvuma.
Never mind the waffle, all the above is from official sources."
If we are all supposed to be 'not wriggling' RJ, you certainly cannot deny you are incessantly talking down our investment. How do you square that to wanting to leave ? You remain the weirdest 'so called shareholder'.
No Tanz - no wriggling.
You've been spouting about your pipeline for months.
Put up or shut up.
Well Drewky/Jollyboy.
My conclusion is that your list is deliberately misleading. You do not even yourself believe the timescales, nor even that all that you say will be undertaken this year, will be completed this year.
You are hiding behind 'official' communication, without believing it yourself.
Disgraceful.
I know what I've done wrong here ! By October it might well be we are sitting at 10p. I should leave the terms of RJ's departure to my fellow believers.
rojo - you have no faith in aminex plc. i have faith in our investment. i'm sure you will agree it's no good you staying here ****ging aex off incessantly as you
do if you have no faith at all so let's say we agree 25% of the list has to be underway on or by end october or you retire gracefully (with dignity intact).
doso what about a deal for say
Crusty, I am not claiming anything, I am merely pointing out the official line of expected things to happen this year.
I agree we have been let down in the past for a list of reasons, but the past is the past and people invest for the future, not the past.
I may not be entirely convinced by timelines or that every single thing will be ticked off this year, but if it annoys the indian on our backs by countering his obvious nonsense, then I'll keep posting it.
Afterall and I repeat, all in the list is the official line and will remain so until officially told otherwise.
Roger, I have to say that whilst I would not choose to argue the "validity" of your list, I think it somewhat misses the point. Surely it is not the "what" but the "when"? Can anyone really trust the claimed timelines? Some of those items appeared on Drewky's old list from five years ago! And even then they were supposedly "imminent". - yes I hear you cry, "but we have had a change of President in the meantime and a more investor friendly environment" and yes, to a point, I would agree BUT we have had that for over two years now and have we seen any concrete benefit? Nothing but words so far, unfortunately.
The only item on your list that I would have any confidence of seeing over the course of the next few weeks is the date for the AGM and only that because it is prescribed to occur within a given timeline by the LSE and not some arbitrary target date stipulated by the Tanzanian authorities. Whenever have they delivered on time at any point over the last 10+ years?
For what it is worth I am totally comfortable with the above; I have experienced it umpteen times since first investing in AEX and am fully prepared to suffer it again whilst waiting for the bigger prize.
Do you honestly believe those timelines will be hit?
Unable to read again RoJo?
I have predicted nothing. Just a deadline it needs to meet if it is to be completed by October as follows:
"Estimated three month build means end July latest start date to be ready for end October."
You really will come up with any old BS to create argument and bury the list of things officially said to be coming so, you are welcome to the list once again....

...and I think it would be fair and honourable for Jollyboy to agree to do the same and sling his hook.
No honest or principled man could possibly continue here if his posts are proven incorrect and misleading.
Tanz - the important word in your last post is "IF".
So far it's all talk.
Presumably you accept Jollyboy's prediction that work will start by the end of this July and the pipeline will be complete by the end of October ?
Tell you what - if the pipeline IS complete and operational by November 1st, I will sell up and never post here again, BUT you must agree that if it is NOT complete by then you will do the same.
Do we have a deal ?
Looks like you're either clutching at straws or trying to pull the wool over our eyes Jollyboy (or both).
As I've said before, if you read the moon was made of cheese you'd believe every word.
These are worrying times for you Rojo. If big money is being spent building a pipeline will your Messiah will come to your rescue ?
Note Tanesco and Dangote Cement which sits just a few minutes north of NT & NT2 on the same road, highlighted in orange the same as the pipeline.
This may or may not be the pipeline being built for AEX but it indicates very close proximity to where it is likely to be built.
But never mind the wine, I'm concerned about your dementia and your regular inability to recall the officially released situation about the pipeline.
To jog your memory..
Government are building it.
Reparations have been agreed and re-training begun with land and business owners.
Project Supervisory management positions advertised February 1st.
Estimated three month build means end July latest start date to be ready for end October.
No sweat just yet old lad, too early for you to celebrate.
We've got offshore blocks now Jollyboy ?
Too much wine in chapel ?
All I can see is 'This message has been filtered, please adjust your filters to view' every time it moans or belittles other investors.
The only thing that doesn't disappoint around here old lad is your constant moaning. Did you know the planned route for the pipeline has now been published along with the following....
https://www.africa-energy.com/news-centre/article/tanzania-lindi-lng-and-offshore-negotiations-concluded
"The host government agreement for the Lindi liquefied natural gas (LNG) project, widely known as Tanzania LNG, and a production-sharing agreement (PSA) for offshore blocks 1, 2 and 4 are expected to be signed in the coming weeks."
Mind you don't joke on your dinner.
You are welcome:
Somewhat disappointing though Jollyboy.
I was hoping for a few more items to be ticked off.
Very slow isn't it ?
Delighted to be of assistance Edgar

Agreed RJ and if any one of the Ruvuma proposals become reality, I think you should fairly put your hands up and bunk off. You have never, ever had faith in Aminex plc and incessantly talk our investment down.
Absolutely - fully agree Edgar. The SCIR situation needs boxing off prior to the next news. 'Slip into Q2 2023' was an understatement on their behalf. Lessons learnt from TZ authority timing, add a month and double it.
No, we're coming to the end of the road.
Obvious typo. We are not coming to the end of Q3 now!
Scir guided for completetion of their deal to sell their share of the Ruvuma licence in quarter 1, 2023. That was in December 2022.
On the 2nd March they said this
"although it is possible that this may slip into Q2 2023 rather than the previously guided timeframe of Q1 2023. We will provide an update in due course."
Coming to the end of Q3.
We know that the deal is with the Tz taxman. We know the Tz taxman hit Aminex with a dubious bill that Ara helped out with in order to keep the show on the road. Could the same be happening with the Scir deal?
It must be close to completion?
It has always felt obvious to me that the deal is the penultimate regulatory hurdle and it is very important to Ara and Aminex that it is completed before next major steps and expenditure. I believe the completion will be followed by the granting of the 25 yr development licence to Ara/Aex, which has been talked about in the last few Aex RNS. That licence will be the last major regulatory hurdle removed and will, hopefully, be the green light to announcements, drilling, development and sales. Taking the Tz bureaucracy out of the process will be a major step forward and removal of a brake.

Of course I mean RoJo the weirdest shareholder (so called)
