Lets hope it has been worth the wait !
Agreed it should not take so long maybe a bit of back and forth with the FCA asking questions on the contents
Serious investors/Directors in SIV but I struggle to understand why it would take so long to publish a prospectus -I would have thought a couple of days by a lower grade operative
Deal done back trading next month post publication of a prospectus
Nearly 5 months since shares where suspended.
BOD need to come out and give holders an update
Interesting to see how the Market receives the placing & MH guess is positively ,assuming Tim Weller remains in situ ,lending credibility to SIV,& our market cap will still be low following the $12mill fundraise .It will be also interesting to see who may emerge with disclosable holdings .
My hunch seems to have been right & ,assuming the reverse takeover proceeds ,it will be interesting to see how the market reacts & whether TW will remain as Chairman (& supports the fundraising -which would be a positive IMHO
Tiny cap so impossible to take a big punt but Tim Weller would be unlikely to have accepted role of Chairman unless the company had a very decent plan & I suspect a reverse takeover wont be far away
took a small punt on this. Seen shares like this do a bag very quick.
Except this is a different company a new cash shell
CONsultants says it all. Those who can, do. Those who can't become CONsultants or MPs.
Exactly! Not quite sure what these guys actually do.... consultants?
St Ives has lost / sold-off most of it's former empire & is trying to create a new one. It now has a catchy new name & recently new CEO who is, rather modishly called "J". So the bricks&mortar business has gone to be replaced by a business that wants to wave it's magic wand over organisations far and wide. But what substance is there? Time will tell but a fancy name & fancy words doth not of themselves a business make.
Thanks Miti. I'm still not at all clear who are their revenue providers/clients?? It seems shrouded in bs to me!! That is my concern with this share, please can someone enlighten me in basic terms??

Healthcare part of strategic division ....why ?
Anyone decipher the bs on what this division does??
Another disposal and this time Clays which is their book division. We should expect their SIMs business division to follow this path very soon too. Expect the shares swing upwards sharply as the management fulfil their promise to turn SIV into media business. Great work by the management team
Good morning everyone, excellent RNS should stabilise the share price, bodes well for the future. Seems more focused than before, good job well done.
So the news is out turning the once print only business into a media only business (excl Clays). Getting rid of a decreasing revenue and profit piece will only help them go forward. This should be great news and upside for the business.
The SIV has been extremely steady including yesterday's market correction. I understand that news of the disposal of the print division is imminent and maybe as early as this week which would give real clarity of the aspirations to become a media only company. Paragon seems to be the favourite to lead this although I hear of another two companies in the hat regarding this. Wondering if SIV gets re-rated on the back of this. Thoughts?
It's been pivoting away from print for some years and without the print division the overall margins should be much higher. However, if they have to almost give it away to lose the liabilities, then the turnover will reduce, so it may have a negative impact on the share price in the short term if there is no net cash benefit. If they can show growth in all the remaining divisions, we could then see a steady climb. Difficult one to call, but like you say, the share price hasn't moved with any anticipation.
Seems to be steady on the SIV share price but rumours out in the market regarding imminent regarding disposal of the print division. Cannot see any RNS on this at the moment. what's the view on share movement if this happens?
Are you still out there......you've gone a bit quiet over the loast 2 weeks with some positive things happening here.
