More buys this morning. Looking like a strong start to the week.
Good to see a decent rise over the past week or so. Didn't take any this time myself as i bought a few times on the previous drop below 2p. ATB. :o).

Pleased I topped up the other day - this amongst other AIM tiddlers are soon about to swim to the surface ;-)

AUD $6M raised in the "overwhelmingly oversubscribed" SPP. Allocations have had to be scaled back. Hopefully things start to improve now especially if DR has learned to tell the truth and separate fact from fiction. Oh, and stick to the bloody plans (multi amended previously) mate 😂. :o).

Keras has just scraped back over the £2M MCAP @ today's mid price of 2.5p. The lack of decent communication with pi's here has been abysmal despite previous promises. Can they change 🤔. :o).

Dependent on production profile, Togo could generate 3 years of revenue for Keras of up to twice our current Market Cap.
As a long term, nationally owned project, when the wheels finally get turning I do not expect that STM would linger at the lower production profile that a small, UK Junior miner would have had to, to organically generate capital investment for the second stage production growth.
Interest is coming back from the market, could be doing a classic bounce but with some increased numbers to back it and sustain it. A bit of hope and hype from me and maybe some real tangible money coming into the company after all.
So based on what we know from previous Shard observations!
Initial production 25 tonnes/ hour, equates to 78,000 tonnes per year!(25x60x52).
If we use $400 per tonne ( then use the 80/20 rule).
Then they could get $320 per tonne!
Our percentage is 7.5% so that comes out at $1.87million per year!
Would only need a few good up-ticks to make it very profitable for Keras!
Or even the original off takers agreement reinstated, after all these years, would be really good news!
PC
For Togo would I be correct to think we only now need to concentrate on two factors?
How many tonnes they can produce and how much they can get per tonne?
PC

Hi Prop final results for 2023 due circa early July more bull.... till then I'm afraid unless the man means what he says and there is no way any SP recovery is coming until we know some of the numbers from Utah . Maybe there is some fees coming from Togo, nice bounce this morning on little interest.
ATB Robsky
Because historically the BoD provide broad updates, leaving the market to fill in the missing details.
Graham Stacey, CEO of Keras, commented, "The mobilisation of key staff at Nayéga and the issue of a request for tender for the management of the Nayéga operation is a significant step forward in the development of this asset which the Company fully supports and is very much in line with the 2023 cooperation Agreement we have with STM and sets a clear picture of how the asset will now be developed to benefit all stakeholders including Keras. We look forward to working closely with the management team of STM.
The progress at Nayéga is very positive for Keras from an additional cashflow perspective and will underpin what has been a hugely productive 6 months at the Company's flagship operation in Utah, USA where its subsidiary Falcon Isle Resources Corp, now operating from its 100% owned facility in Delta, is finalising the construction of a fully integrated granulator plant to produce Phosul® granules under the joint venture with partners, Phosul LLC. The Phosul® production line will augment the already installed processing infrastructure producing sized dry rock phosphate products from the high-grade Diamond Creek phosphate mine. I look forward to updating shareholders on a continuous basis as we move forward on these two fronts."
Why doesn't Graham just give us the details now?

Usual bull-waste on the comms on more comms - and now silence for the next few months.
I look forward to updating shareholders on a continuous basis as we move forward on these two fronts."
Well I think we have heard it before may be something to do with my comment on Linked in about SP being trashed over the the bad comms of the company , lets hope so moving forward. we could do with an upward swing.
ATB Robsky
How will the market react today? Should be a strong one but as usual anything is possible.
Well………it looks from first read, we are moving forward…….at last!

RNS, 😂. Yes it's a positive development especially if they do actually start to provide us with regular communications. We'll just have to wait and see on that front. :o).

A long way to go - the BoD has to find the money to pay the outstanding $1.6 million owed to the ex-JV partner? Where’s it coming from - existing sales, majority shareholders, or another raising? The elephant in the room.
Progress report from Graham Stacey it should be coming to shareholders as I pointed out in the comments but was almost instantly removed : ( is KRS really up today or am I seeing things its got a long way to go .

Lack of 'historic progress'? Dear lord...that's rich coming from a government which refused to license us in a decade of trying.
I still think we've more chance of seeing Unicorns farmed in Togo than receiving any fees or royalties connected with Nayega.
That's the only question that matters, Prop.
I hope we aren't relying on royalties from Togo, as the government are hardly steaming forward with their new Publicly ownerd Manganese company. Didn't they make a jibe about lack of historic progress made by Keras??
I wonder whether they will be able to pay the ex-JV partners the next instalment for 100% ownership of Diamond Creek.
Hey Prop.......!
like you stated earlier, "at some point - have to publish its figures - just as other companies do"
This isn't a final/interim results RNS, it's titled a "Q1 2024 Operations and Sales Update"........! :)

PC, The Togolese govt may have started operations - without publicising it; however, let’s hope that they have - so that they can pays us our money,
“On Wednesday, April 5, 2023, Togo announced the creation of Société Togolaise de Manganèse (STM), a state-owned manganese mining company.
According to Togolese authorities, STM was created to ultimately "develop the mining value chain, boost job creation and improve the country’s economy by helping efficiently take advantage of mineral resources. “
Well that’s typical of government promises, a year gone by and still the opportunities fail to materialise for the benefit of the country!
PC
If Mr Grosso was happy to buy at 4p, why isn’t he buying now?
Hope this isn't just another typical AIM resources stock that ends up at zero eventually?
But yes seems to be a flurry of 25,000 block sells today and in reality it's not that much but the market is thin, with no buyers interested?
Eyups,up on a sell?

Dave looks under a lot of pressure!
Encouraging his confidence in the operation of the pit.
That is positive news at least.
Will have to wait and see if the company will move forward to a strong financial future.
I don’t understand about the hedging aspect to the financing, anyone with an understanding able to break it down in layman’s terms?
Dave faces up to the challenges!
With……… hopefully an exceptional June quarter!
Holding here, but need some encouraging news before getting too excited !

I've taken mine this year, aged 60. I wrote KRS off in my portfolio long ago so haven't been dependent on its performance, though I still kick myself I didn't take advantage of the CAI high. Just goes to show in this game - the hype seldoms meets reality. Expecting a bit more of a rise in the sp cost me (and us all I suspect) dearly.
Now totally underwhelmed with DR and his mates who form both company's BOD's. Not a single thing has gone as they said it would, promised, or suggested. Some things not their fault (like IO price collapse) but Nayega turned into a fiasco literally given away, as did the gold tributes, as has CAI, and as a whole so has KRS.
If you are hanging on to them ( as I am as no point selling now) then good luck.
Markyess, I also have a target for early retirement but have gone backwards this year. 4 years to go and at current rate, will have to go the distance. :-(
Lucky you have time on your side Marky, been retired 5 years now been here since ferex days and still living in hope :(

Apr 2023 345.00 0.00%

Jun 2023 344.50 -0.14%
Jul 2023 342.50 -0.58%
Aug 2023 346.25 1.09%
Sep 2023 347.50 0.36%
Oct 2023 347.50 0.00%
Nov 2023 347.50 0.00%
Dec 2023 152.50 -56.12%
Jan 2024 152.50 0.00%
