Yup. Now Grosso has over 22% of the company and his newly introduced pal has over 7%. That's in addition to the 4 years of loans provided at the beginning of the 2024 and restructured in May 2024.

We seem concerningly dependent on Grosso.

This is a big kick in the gonads for many I'm sure and I'm appalled that DR and CO have yet to say a single word on this utter disgraceful debacle. If you believe the boards then it's all down to bogus figures from DFS and BFS times. There was never enough gold to make this remotely profitable.

Basically and in a nut shell, all company info regarding the asset, size, reserves, costs, profitablity, was a pile of unjustified nonsense. I think that about sums it up!

I've taken mine this year, aged 60. I wrote KRS off in my portfolio long ago so haven't been dependent on its performance, though I still kick myself I didn't take advantage of the CAI high. Just goes to show in this game - the hype seldoms meets reality. Expecting a bit more of a rise in the sp cost me (and us all I suspect) dearly.

Now totally underwhelmed with DR and his mates who form both company's BOD's. Not a single thing has gone as they said it would, promised, or suggested. Some things not their fault (like IO price collapse) but Nayega turned into a fiasco literally given away, as did the gold tributes, as has CAI, and as a whole so has KRS.

If you are hanging on to them ( as I am as no point selling now) then good luck.

Just looked up Phosul LLC and it is in fact both a trademarked product and a subsidiary of Fertile Peat Products, LLC.

Sales revenues of Fertile, as listed by Dun & Bradstreet, are under $1million.

However, Phosul is also being supplied to Fertoz, a major player in the fertilizer market and an obvious competitor.

All in all, I therefore remain unimpressed by the latest (belated) news.

We've held---for years (more than a decade in my and others cases) . Production has been running now for 2 years. Phosphate prices have gone through the roof in recent times.

Our sales have gone down.

It's not his money at the end of the day.

Quite what he sees in us though (and why) to embolden him to invest his clients money into us, is the question.
