Some of you may recall, we got our exploration license for Nayega despite Maganese exploitation in Togo being wholly licensed (corruptly) to another company at the time. This is one of the guys involved with that.

FRX, as we were at the time, had to seek specialised French legal advice to ascertian our tenure's legality. Nothing has moved since for us.

Blaise left a mining giant, Rio Tinto (worth $171 billion) to join us as CM of an unlicensed and therefore unoperational mine . He left us and joined PWC, one of the global big 4 accounting firms.

He then jumps ship yet again (after only 7 months) to join... the Togo Ministry of Energy & Mines. He achieved diddly squat for us and has only apparently sorted out his own position within the corrupt system and very department which continues to refuse to license our operations.

I'd wager he's as bent as a £3 note and now has his own snout planted in the trough.

Conventional fertilisers are facing issues. You can't just assume the world is going to switch to organic phosphate because of it.

Take years, that should be.

Anyone buying into this in the belief of a relative 'get rich quick' because of global fertiliser issues is in for a bit of a shock. It will takes to build a market share and even if we do, it may not amount to that much.

A lot of the recent posts here and over on the other board, just goes to show how little people know about the market we have entered and our position in it.
The leading NA Organic fertiliser companies account for only 14.8% of the market share - with the multi-nationals holding the rest. We have a fraction of that 14.8% at present.

sp aside, Fertoz are established in the same market. Have 4 mines as opposed to our one. Greater resource size, yet were hardly setting the world alight before moving into carbon credits. I think its completely relevant as a measure of our potential in the NA organic phosphate sector.

LOL, give over. Talking down? I've been here for going on 11 years so I think any loss of confidence (or a more focused grasp of reality) is more than justified!

Pointless bringing up Morocco or Russia as their phosphate was used in and by the mainstream commercial fertiliser industry. ALL fertiliser has some phosphate in it - but that's not the market KRS is aimed at (allegedly). Nor comparing us with HMI, which itself supplies a homogenous fertiliser marketed as a 'soil remineralisation' product.

Lest you forget, the original prospectus for DC was to supply the US cannabis growing industry and organic farmers through the supply of a CERTIFIED organic product. That's our only product. Others have been doing it (like Fertoz) and they didn't make fortunes.

Call it negative if you wish - but I'm not buying the hype others seem happy to generate for themselves.

Yes, but what I said is correct. There are of course uses for organic rock phosphate, but its never going to become the mainstream fertiliser used in or by commercial farming. Can we supply the commercial producers with phosphate for their blended products - who knows?

As I've mentioned here previously, go take a look at Fertoz. In comparison to us, they have four mines, existing market share and operate globally. Their sp was only A$0.05 (organic phosphate fertilizer business too) before venturing into carbon sequestration (capture credits) which brought added substantial value. I presume we may try to copy that approach as the inherent value of the organic fertiliser alone as the business direction was hardly earth shattering or even remotely exciting in value terms.

As a bit player in a market dominated by multi-nationals, I think some people get carried away at the mere mention of 'organic' and listening to the noise about 'fertiliser' shortages and price hikes. It's a whole lot more complex than that.

Hate to burst your bubble again but most of the major staple food crops won't grow with just a phosphate only fertiliser.

Clearly you don't as the main commercial fertilisers used by farmers worldwide are DAP and MAP - not organic rock phosphate.

Blended products and Nitrogen based (DAP/MAP) are the most common and those produced by the major manufacturers. We have the ability to only produce organic rock phosphate granules - nothing else.

Because you don't understand the product. It's niche - - organic phosphate.
Mainstream farmers won't be buying it and certainly not when conventional fertiliser prices are so high and ours are even higher.

Well done for what? You'll find your 'investment' is once again worth less today that it was yesterday!

I for one am not too excited at all by consolidation at this time. For remaining LTH's especially, we had better prospects of regaining ground on investments had the sp remained as a fractional share. I find it unbelievable that anyone can consider 'institutional investors' being interested in us simply because of consolidation, given the pretty dismal track record of the BOD regarding DC etc.

All I see ahead is renewed opportunity for further dilution through the ability now to issue new shares when required to fund raise. Far easier for that with 77 million in circulation rather than close to 8 billion. Seen it too many times on AIM and I'm afraid GS and RL do little to ease that concern.

Why? 20% lower today from opening, lol!

That's a bit naïve when we have recent stories of Prince Charles accepting suitcases full of cash, and the less than stellar reputations of many existing Commonwealth countries and leaders.

Hard to tell if Togo is really so disorganised or just quite happily corrupt. They've received over $15 million from the World Bank for the mining cadastre, and the site was constructed by Trimble. Since then, its actually worse than before and has no updating. Indeed, our own licenses don't even exist on it any longer!

Been in here, along with a few others left in, for going on 11 years now. Only been in profit once during that time when the sp went to 2.2p (due to averaging down before that). Quite a few of us joined when the sp was around 3.5p!
