Shard had DC at 21p for our eventual 51% share. There are some problems with their numbers, but as we are now at 100% ownership you'd expect 21p to be revised upwards at some point.

All good and well to hear of investors being replaced, but we need actual news from the BOD on DC sales, revenues, AISC etc.

Moreover, why would the company inform the market and shareholders that it was considering trying to sell the asset, if it had been in ongoing fruitful talks with the Togo Govt?

Sorry, but Toga has a history of this. They entered into an agreement with Dangote for phosphate mining and the promise of $2billion of funding. Dangote still haven't been licensed, just like us, but Togo now has a state Phosphate company.

SGM was converted to a Public Limited Company (SA) over 3 years ago now.

And absolutely nowhere were we, or have we, been told KRS/SGM was awaiting Togo to set up a state owned managenese company. No idea where you got that from.

Well, we have 76.5% of an unlicensed one right now. I suspect if it goes ahead then we'll lose a lot more, at best.

That of course appears incorrect - unless the Govt have also now acquired the 15% shareholding of SGM's two Directors (10 & 5 % respectively). If that was the case, wouldn't there be a duty to inform the market and us, the shareholders?

Strange response considering its not the 'bush telegraph' but rather information on Togo Govt monitored/influenced media.

I get the impression we have one of two scenarios. A) We lose the asset. B) We've had to concede to running a more expansive 'JV' with the Govt and the new state manganese company and them having a far larger slice than the conceded 10%.

'Nearing resolution' of course means there was something to be resolved, of which we have not been told anything whatsoever.

I sent the company an email on this and haven't yet had a reply. If anyone else has Russell's or others direct email I suggest you do the same. We all deserve answers. Would be worth including links to the two articles.
