The Calidus Hotcopper board has become a saloon for gun-slingers - irksome, unedifying, and off-putting.
So here it is…………..SQM buys a stake!
"Calidus will maintain its position in Pirra at 40% due to the significant potential of the land package and will re-assess its options for this holding as exploration continues," the company said.
"In line with this approach, there is no plan to seek an IPO of Pirra in the immediate term."
Not out of the question…….. but not just now!

No apologies needed diggit. No one should have to lose their kids. So terribly sad.
Anyway, apologies for that if needed guys and gals. I'm more than a wee bit sad 😭🤬 these days. :o).
Not a massive fan of DR now as you all know. Everyone sitting in negative territory @ CAI and the dilution makes it so hard to climb back. He's not trusted by the city investors he sold a dodgy deal to @ 67c and now they will keep on screwing until CAI is fecked. 13c, what a joke price. Said it before, 5 years and we might get back to a decent return. I might not even see it, in fact probably i won't due to unforseen harsh circumstances. Have my wee fun interests elsewhere but KRS and CAI bore me to death as they've done for a long time. Money in KRS for a number of years has been stagnant and wasted (like many others on AIM) so far. Unless of course they come good at some point. We all need hope, unfortunately for me hope died when my wonderful son CALVIN died 😭🤬 recently. I'll struggle on but f**k this life now is so hard. TCA. ATB :o).
I wonder if it would be more likely to be a 'swap' of Calidus stake in Pirra for full ownership of some of the Haoma gold JV tenements. That could be very beneficial to CAI.
The issue I see with that would be it would in essence give Gary Morgan full ownership of Pirra as it stands, and so his position would need to be massively diluted in an IPO, with market assurance he's not the man pulling the strings.
Unconvinced that it will be a sale due to tax implications. Tax is due on operational profits, not balance sheet losses.
We may still be inside Australia's exemption window due to the capital investment, I don't know.
I'm just not sure that a disposal, less costs, (with or without tax burden) on largely undrilled land would make any material impact for either HAO or CAI.
We'll see I guess.
Calidus!
Been on the cards for quite some time, well signposted, but to what end?
“Significant transaction”, within Pirra Lithium, at least now hopefully we will have more details of the project.
Could be, it’s moving away from the shareholders demerger option, with a total buyout more likely!

Chesh don’t think Carbon Credits will be a saviour here, in the short or even longer term!( think we may have been sold a pup there!)
We do however, need Togo to get going, we can then if we have the inclination, to develop something else to add to the stable, for after the three year period has elapsed!

All the best (Grosso want's in and why not........! :()
Agreed. Grosso doesn't seem to be done building a position, and I don't see any meaningful liquidity in the shares on issue until material price changes take effect. For example, I hold over 1% and am not letting go of a single share until we have at least 6 bagged from current levels.
Methinks that we have a large buyer, in the background, who is hoping to mop-up as many cheap shares as possible. Unfortunately, for them, most of the rest of the shares appear to be held in hands of steel.
IMO sooner or later we are going to see a massive re-rate here. It might take another a few more months, but it wouldn't surprise me if it happens this side of Xmas!
GLA
While we wait and wait some more @ KRS.
The severe 88.7% decline @ Calidus from 107c to 12.5c needs a massive upward surge of an incredible 856% to reach the heady heights of 107c again. The fightback has begun with a modest 28% increase in a couple of days. Let it continue. Can DR regain trust and propel Cai back to where we thought it was heading in the first place before multiple errors/complications then lies set in. :o).
Grosso tends to buy the mid from what I've seen Robsky.....!
and I've (the market also) missed a few........! :)
All the best (you could be right, however it all seems very much behind closed doors........! :()
Chesh it will be Mr Grosso placing an order hoping to get it filled with no shares available and mm hoping to temp someone to sell, needs to be a lot more than 0.05 lol
