From what we are seeing, the values of some trades give the impression they are top ups from within a fund managers portfolio; couldn’t see Joe Public wasting time on low value trades just to take a position!

Still news must now be well overdue with Togo and Utah money coming in for quite a few months !

We await as always …….on the edge of our seats!

From my first meeting in London, always felt he was a genuine guy!

The fact he couldn’t acknowledge that the gold wasn’t as common in the depths, as previously thought!

It also doesn’t help matters when the banks phoned him on a Sunday morning………. wanting all their money back!

That’s the main criteria, you’ve the proof, it’s a mystery, a bit like the whole share system, sales and buys showing differently depending on the trading price!

But on this specific share I have confidence, behind the scenes we are at least now processing on two fronts!

Whilst we are not privy to pricing arrangements, at the last AGM, I asked Russell if my figures for this first shipment were correct?

So our end user is in China, Jupiter mines current price $4.27 per dmtu , I used $3.50 per dmtu.

Based on 2700 tonnes our % gives us around £20k, which Russell said was in the ball park!

If we did move to 8000/month in a full year based only on $3.5, our payments go to £718k.

Still lots of variables to be considered!

On the AGM front, after a lot of the formalities were out of the way, we did have an open session!

Good to see the attendance was up, with the inclusion of a friendly old Labrador!

Still, confirmation Grosso and Co are very supportive and are keeping the involvement at arm’s length!

The business now in the hands of the all American setup is providing us with what we’d hope for in the positive running of the plant!

As for Togo, got the feeling it might come good, more positive vibes from Russell than last year!

Seems we are paid by the off takers, so hopefully no delays !

Russell said unlikely the volumes would require bulk shipments, but regular container loads (similar to first) are planned!

He was pressed to urgently update the forecasts to give the shareholders and the market something to hold on to in the coming weeks ahead!( which Russell agreed he will try and facilitate)!

I got the impression Russell doesn’t give too much emphasis on sending out just noise for the sake of it; as with the very last announcement on that Friday, he was awaiting confirmation of the Togo numbers to confirm before release!

So all in all a much better feel to the meeting, although time will tell with actions speaking louder … etc!

Yes planning to dabble just a bit more to level up the investment; basing it on the money does go to the company, as opposed to the selling holder!

Now, whether they deserve it is another matter, but will sure be asking the pertinent questions at the AGM next month!

Will the board be taking up the offer?

“Accordingly, the Directors unanimously recommend that you vote in favour of the Resolutions set out in the notice of General Meeting as the Directors intend to do in respect of their own (and connected persons') beneficial shareholdings totalling 9,077,885 Ordinary Shares,”

However, this paragraph leaves a vital question to be urgently answered at the AGM!

“In the event that the Rule 9 Waiver Resolution is passed by Independent Shareholders at the General Meeting, subsequently Mr Grosso and Mr Carbone will not be restricted from making an offer for the Company but will not be required to make an offer.”

I realise for most working people, taking time out for what looks like a lost cause, would seem to be the last thing required here!

But, why not attend the AGM and hear out and question the board, hopefully, we will get some worthwhile answers to where we are “actually” heading!

So if the existing sales per DMTU and purity of 38% numbers remain constant, then given these volumes by end December this year raises approximately £265k!

Hopefully, we can improve the rates and move this along quickly!
