But as Markyess stated could well be someone taking a position!

25th - 50m( 2 x 25m)
26th - 40m
27th - 78m
28th - 60m
29th - 58.5m

Doesn’t include any other of the larger trades above 10m!
Perhaps the broker shares were always going to be quickly snapped up and these are possible institutional buys, knowing what we know is a good project for the future!

So, it depends on how we each view the coming months!

Would they even offer these warrants out to May 2024, if they were even thinking there was a slim chance of a T/O ?

Hope to get to the GM, all being equal, but don’t expect to be getting anything of substance for my efforts!

I get the gist of the placing and warrants, if you believe, as I do that there’s a future, then you’ll hold out and “ try” to access the allocation!
What I don’t understand is, what happens to the share price whilst we head towards the dates noted?
Does it rise above the value, with existing holders adding, or will it entice new investors to try their luck?
Any thoughts welcome for any who have been through similar scenarios!

I’m at least pleasantly relieved……..we have a business!

Yes, we need to hold out from expecting too much, from early stage developments, just hope Russell can now feel free to improve the comms!.

If I remember rightly, ( cannot access details from my iPad ), from one of the brokers analysis, the value of DC at 51% was worth £.0021p.

Assuming we have no further news on Togo, then we can surely at least, expect this project to continue on it’s upward trajectory!

I would imagine there’s a deal to be had with Togo here!

They will surely need good supplies of phosphates!

If you check out the past analysis, it does give us a good starting point, considering it has a 60 year mine life!

So there is plenty of mileage in the resource!

As for Togo…………. until we get “ any” update…….only the board can advise!

As for predicting the share price, it’s been sadly challenging to say the least!

We have been on the cusp of success, but a lack of comms has given many here a very nervous period!

By the sound of your post your happy to loose it all, if so, you alone will decide the risk, as of today and in the short term, we cannot see the reward element any time soon!

When ( if ) we eventually get an agreement in FI !

Even if we are certified “organic”……….. with prices of the “ordinary “ grade likely to be moving much higher in the future!

And as we are trying to get a good market share, couldn’t we just sell it as “ordinary “, to get as much product into the world markets, as quickly as possible?

We have at least 60 years of production, to eventually provide the “ organic” product, at a premium, to the discerning farming community!

Time is short in the world fertiliser markets!

Yes Markyess, not straightforward, but as Jimbl has eloquently put it in the past, our board have “done alright jack” out of the project so far!

Having said that…………their total commitments, do give us shareholders, some crum of comfort that hopefully they would put “all” shareholders interest into consideration; should a similar action materialise in the future!
