Whilst we await the official announcement, here are a few notes from the meeting!
Well……managed to express our frustration at the lack of comms, I actually “read out” from the LSE boards comments (silence) from Propinquity, Amadan and Diggit1gold’s ( right ).
They did admit they needed to do a lot more!
But they will not put out just for the sake of putting something out!
However, did get some answers on Togo.
We have not as yet started the project!
It’s in the hands, once again with the government, they need to agree some details; but Russell and the board agree they have a very good relationship with them!
This would sound out as true, as the fact the money due “was” paid and before the required date.
Everything is ready and just awaiting the confirmation!
And our once member of staff, Blaze is now within the government framework and assisting with our requirements!
One detail confirmed was, should there be any disruption to the project, there were structures in place to protect our interests.
The original off take buyer, is still in the conversation amongst other interested parties!
On Diamond Creek one thing confirmed is that Christopher Grosso is still a keen advocate of our company and is still buying!
I also mentioned the issue of our profit showing as an AISC, now they accept it was an error,it should just read profit!
We had an open discussion after the official meeting, but no other meaningful specifics came out of these!

Oh for the heady days of May 22 with all those millions being traded!
Maybe again…….. who knows!
PC
Just a quick search on:
https://kerasplc.com/
It’s there in the investor part!
PC
Chesh!
They are there already, in the investor section!
Assume they will want a full days trading and announce tomorrow!
PC
The fact Togo actually paid-up bodes well for the balance of the agreement!
PC
Hopefully, Russell is busy negotiating the deal to get the project out of hibernation and into any sort of production!
I the meantime, Graham must be pushing the US plant, to maximise the revenue and looking to expand the portfolio of products available!
The US government seem very positive on their up and coming needs and are gearing up the accounting process for those companies that can improve local opportunities in providing the necessary subsidies!

Very similar to our recent announcement !
“Namibian uranium miners could be the latest producers to face the global trend for nationalisation of resources.”
“We are making a case that local ownership must start with the state, which holds ownership of our natural resources,”
PC
I’m sure the board are well aware of the current share price; needless to say, they do need to up their game on the comms front!
Seven months is far too long, when promised regular updates!
Especially, as it was discussed openly, at the investor presentation last September, at what was to have been a new beginning for the company.
So far…… same old ….. same old!
PC
Last email I sent was to graham@kerasplc.com
Good luck!
PC
Since they went down at the weekend ( maintenance!) I’ve had problems getting past the log in system!
Wouldn’t recognise facial so had to type in manually at the very beginning ( where you need to verify you’re not a robot!)
That appeared to solve the issue!
However, the fact there’s little to discuss, currently makes this an irrelevant comment to make on this board!
PC
Perhaps it’s time to move……. in case they cannot cope with the Lithium deal also coming up over the coming months!
They struggled with the Keras demerger just didn’t get it right!
PC
Well what we do know for sure, it’s been a month since “nearing resolution” on Togo was communicated!
We also know it’s been since October we’ve not had “any“ hint to our progress, on any of the opportunities, outlined during the meeting in London!
And at the end of the presentation, there was a clear message from our CEO that regular updates would be forthcoming!
Now……the last AGM was in July, but let’s hope this upcoming event, which I hope to attend, doesn’t become biennial!
PC
Yes, just come through and if my figures are correct, seems to me, it’s going to be all about the “options”!
If you take the “B” package you get :
9524 shares @ .21c ( plus )
4762 shares @ .30c ( options)
Total cost,if options taken up within the 15 month period A$ 3428.
If however, you had placed your total order today, currently priced @.20c
14286 shares @ .20c
So your total outlay would have been A$2857.
As always you’re under no obligation to take up the options offer, all subject to your broker’s charges “and” their ability to process the whole offer professionally!
( good luck to those in HL!)
PC
With thanks to Dangrz over on HC who found and shared this info!
Now we all know about gold hedging……right?
Well this may well leave you thinking!
But useful to know, if not quite fully understand!

Hi Seedcorn
Not sure if you’re referring to this, but had my email sent at .16 am this morning!
Covers trading halt and notification of a cash raise!
Lots of speculation over on HC some not liking the news others being more pragmatic!
Still, need to wait and see the outcome of these events as they unfold!
PC
Ok………. for those that know about these things!
Are we currently seeing Technicals or Fundamentals at work here?
PC
Where’s Jimbl when we need a confirmative appreciation of this announcement?
PC
Well it looks like they’ve nearly doubled their investment already!
PC
Watched the webcast again, right to the end !
Where the “carbon credits” talk, being a future credible revenue stream, along with supply to the big synthetic boys, in need of reducing their supply footprint!
Game changer perhaps!
PC
Nice to see interest over the weekend here!
Would like to think we can hit the second year target of 10k tonnes!
Although we, at the outset, said pricing would be competitive to gain a foothold!
If we are selling our specialist products at a good premium, I don’t expect the volume will be enough to flex the results just yet!
But as always here, lots to be revealed in the next update!
