The conversations after the meeting can develop into almost anything, the board are very open, but restrictions on what can be divulged are obvious.

But I came away feeling more comfortable with my holding, which with the on going’s down under,made for a worthwhile trip, even if my return journey took forever back to Norfolk on one of the busiest travel days of the year!

They haven’t been the best trading partners, not likely to change now, so we must start looking for additional contracts as per previous rns below!

So based on what we know from previous Shard observations!

Initial production 25 tonnes/ hour, equates to 78,000 tonnes per year!(25x60x52).

If we use $400 per tonne ( then use the 80/20 rule).

Then they could get $320 per tonne!

Our percentage is 7.5% so that comes out at $1.87million per year!

Would only need a few good up-ticks to make it very profitable for Keras!

Or even the original off takers agreement reinstated, after all these years, would be really good news!

We’ve had such a bumpy ride of late, that even if we can stretch out both hedge and debt, the market will likely react indifferently to the news!

And with a series of unseen events shattering Dave’s reputation, it’s going to take a long time to recover his credibility!

You could say we are the lucky ones, with the initial share allocation, so really it’s a free carry.

Although, expectations were very high in the early days!

However, I’m in for the long haul, just like here, expecting (hoping for) “any” news to move this one forward!

Well on first read through as far as news goes, it all sounds positive!

Now……….do not get over excited, but just did a check, via Google’s A.I. Bard, on the new Togo company, we are due to be advising!

On the third version it came up with this :

“Full-scale mining operations: While an exact date isn't confirmed, sources expect mining at the Nayéga deposit to commence within 12-18 months from the May 2023 agreement with Keras Resources. This suggests a potential start between May 2024 and October 2024.”

“STM plans to begin mining operations at Nayéga in 2024 and to produce an initial 100,000 tonnes of manganese concentrate per year. The company expects to increase production to 200,000 tonnes per year by 2025.”

I’ll be taking this with a large pinch of salt, till our board gives us any light, let alone a green one!
