£2 million in November.

£2.2 million now minus the £1.5million back to YA equals an extra £700,000.

This extra £700k covers the extra work required for Brockham, Balcombe clean up.

Yeah, I had a couple of small top-ups yesterday myself. I do have too many of these now but am expecting a repeat of last June/July when we went back to 8p sharpish. Might take a little longer to get back up this time though due to all the red tape in this country.

The sooner we can get Balcombe cleaned up and all the permissions sorted the better.

Then back to Brockham to "get it going nicely".

I'm still hoping for 500 bopd from each of Brockham and Balcombe net to ANGS, more would be nice but let's see.

1,000 bopd would be £18,000,000 gross per annum, we have low Opex and tax losses to use.

A little over 2 years ago, Angus IPO'd at 6p for percentages in Lidsey and Brockham 240M shares est.
Now  Angus have percentages in Lidsey, Brockham and Balcolmbe.  460M shares  est.  at 4.5p
Balcombe would be like you buying a second house, You haven't spent the money on cream cakes and eaten them
you have changed your assets from liquid to non liquid,  which is weird as it's the liquid bit were all after.

Lidsey was a bit of a dissapointment  but I don't believe anyone had bought in for that.
Brockham, Whew!!  Huge dissapointment.  after waiting so long.
Balcombe, That is looking like a huge success, the acreage is Huge even at just 25%  and the railway running right next to it.
Balcombe is our second home, This is where a lot of the raised cash is going / gone.
This second home is going to massively outshine our first Brockham , and our garden shed at Lidsey.

Lets give the new Bod a little time with Balcombe, see what happens.

Feeling relaxed about Angus now.

Yes good for all oil producers. Unfortunately we are not an oil producer. I know I keep banging on about this.

We need a detailed RNS with a work schedule and timing.
Currently all we are doing is spending, spending millions in the last four months with diddly squat to show for it.

GKP, AST...…

You get my drift.

Most of our oil imports are from Norway, not the EU.

so whats the plan?
so we take a loan for 3 mill also dilute 2.2 mill worth of shares @4p 20% below market price as of the day before RNS so what is the money for exactly? what happened to the 2 mill placing we had in November? ok we repaid YA 1.5 mill but will we really have burnt through 5.7 mill in less than 6 months? an if so what do we have to show for it !!!!

(UK) import lots of energy because it doesn’t produce enough of its own, reluctant to frack, prohibitive costs of the North Sea etc etc. That said, even if we did have the weald producing oil & gas, it would require £bn’s of investment and pumping millions of barrels a day, not 10,000 pd. We wouldn’t be self sufficient for at least a decade and, given the depletion rate, I doubt it would last long.

Bring it on!

I originally bought in for 9p and then for 20p, so my average was like 17pps. Seems like a lifetime ago. I topped up now at 5.50 and 4.50. Great opportunity to top up. And now, Angus, bring it on!

Tymers, it was your lack of punctuation, and the fact that it took four attempts to read it that tickled me. Yes I understood it, and you probably have it spot on.

Its possible but, unlikely due to the recent financial arrangements announced, I believe now due to this that we may well have reached the bottom. the absolute bottom to this I believe would be a mid price of 4. My reasoning on this is they will have calculated the value when accessing the placing to make sure its a success . well, thats purely my opinion of course.

Bumped into an old chap in the pub, which believes it would not be in the UK best interests to declare such a finding at the moment... went on about how much oil does the Uk import on an annual basis and energy from Europe.
His conspiracy theory, that if we turned arround tomorrow and told Europe that we no longer need to get their energy for the next decade or two as we have found our own supply, of oil and gas, that this would not help the Brexit deal, as such the government was making sure this was moving at snail pace.
To me he had one too many, as this just seems too far fetched!
Happy Friday, feel you boots... not sure if beer or shares as price is down again....
