Zytronic PLC19 January 2005 ZYTRONIC PLC ("the Company") Grant of Options under the Enterprise Management Incentive regulations On 18 January 2005, the Company granted the following options over ordinaryshares in the capital of the Company: 1. Options over 17,182 shares to Denis Mullan, Finance Director, at a price of145.5p per share (being the closing mid-market price on 17 January 2005). Theoptions are exerciseable from 17 January 2008 and will lapse on 17 January 2015.Mr. Mullan now holds a total of 117,182 shares under option. 2. Options over 84,536 shares to employees in the Company's operatingsubsidiary, Zytronic Displays Limited at a price of 145.5p per share (being theclosing mid-market price on 17 January 2005).
