Zytronic PLC18 May 2006 18 May 2006 Zytronic PLC ("the Company") Zytronic plc announces that pursuant to the exercising of options under theZytronic plc 2003 Sharesave Scheme by 2 employees at an exercise price of 44pper share, it has allotted 8,590 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinaryshares in the Company. Application has been made to The London Stock Exchangefor these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings willcommence on 24 May 2006.
