Zytronic PLC02 March 2006 2 March 2006 Zytronic plc ("the Company") Zytronic plc ("the Company") announces that pursuant to an exercise of optionsunder the Zytronic plc Unapproved Share Option Plan, it has allotted 77,271Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company. These shares rank pari passu in allrespects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares in the Company. Applicationhas been made to The London Stock Exchange for these shares to be quoted on AIMand it is expected that dealings will commence on 8 March 2006.
