Of these, 106,708 are gifted into bare trusts and,consequently as the first named trustee, John Kennair has the right to votethese shares. John Kennair retains a beneficial holding of 1,056,000 OrdinaryShares in the Company, representing 7.21% of the voting rights and he has totalvoting rights amounting to 7.94% including the shares gifted into trust.
