Zytronic PLC23 August 2007 23 August 2007 Zytronic plc Directors' Shareholdings Zytronic plc ("the Company") announces that it has been notified that JohnKennair, Chairman, has today transferred 182,928 Ordinary Shares in the Companyas gifts to family members. Of these, 106,708 are gifted into bare trusts and,consequently as the first named trustee, John Kennair has the right to votethese shares. John Kennair retains a beneficial holding of 1,056,000 OrdinaryShares in the Company, representing 7.21% of the voting rights and he has totalvoting rights amounting to 7.94% including the shares gifted into trust.
