Zytronic PLC01 October 2007 ZYTRONIC PLC Director's Share Dealing Zytronic plc (the 'Company') announces that it has received notification that,on Friday 28 September, Mark Cambridge, Director: 1) exercised options under an unapproved share option scheme over 21,818 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an exercise price of 110p per share; and 2) purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 172p per share. Following the above purchase, Mr Cambridge has an interest in 36,113 OrdinaryShares in the Company, representing approximately 0.2463% of the Total VotingRights.
