Holdings in Company

ZOO has received notification that, as a consequence of the issue of shares following the Placing and Restructuring announced on 6 September 2011, that the below shareholders' interests in the Company have changed:

·; Herald Investment Management Limited is now interested in 20.1% of the Company's issued share capital (being 6,551,352 shares);

·; Funds advised by the Foresight Group is now interested in 19.0% of the Company's issued share capital (being 6,213,439 shares);

·; South Yorkshire Investment Capital Fund No1 LP is now interested in 6.0% of the Company's issued share capital (being 1,945,064 shares); and

·; Ian Stewart, following a disposal of 150,000 shares, no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.

Words and expressions defined in the Company's circular to Shareholders dated 10 August 2011 have the same meaning in this announcement.
