Zoo Digital Group PLC24 August 2007 24 August 2007 ZOO Digital Group plc ("ZOO" or the "Company") Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") On 30 July 2007, ZOO Digital Group plc announced its preliminary results for the12 months ended 31 March 2007 and also that the Company had conditionally agreedto acquire certain assets of Scope Seven, Inc. a company providing compressionand authoring services to a number of video publishers including certainHollywood studios. At the AGM of ZOO, which took place earlier today, all resolutions proposed to,inter alia, effect the Acquisition and the Placing, were duly passed. The Acquisition and the Placing remain conditional upon Admission. It isexpected that the Placing Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM and thatdealings will commence on AIM on 28 August 2007.
