ZOO, the provider of software and software-led services for the filmed entertainment market, announces that after an annual review of the allocation of ZOO ordinary shares of 15p each between ZOO's Share Incentive Plan (being the Group's employee share incentive scheme) and the ZOO Employee Share Trust Limited ("ZEST"), ZEST is interested in 486,365 Ordinary Shares of 15p each in ZOO, representing 2.0% of the Company's issued share capital. ZEST is the beneficial owner of 146,349 of these shares, the balance being held in trust by ZEST on behalf of employees.
ZEST is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ZOO whose purpose is to hold shares in ZOO for the benefit of the employees of the Group.
