ZOO Digital Group plc, a world-leading provider of cloud-based localisation and digital media services to the global entertainment industry, was informed on 11 November 2020 that on the 10 November Phillip Blundell, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 52.9 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, Mr Blundell holds 75,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% in the issued share capital of the Company.
