BOARD CHANGES
The Board of eXpansys plc ("eXpansys" or the "Group") announces that Roger Butterworth, the Chief Executive Officer for over 10 years, has resigned to pursue new business opportunities. He leaves the Group with immediate effect but will be retained as a consultant up to 30th June 2010.
Roger Butterworth said: "I am pleased to leave the Group following the release of significantly improved interim results."
The Board are to review the ongoing operational requirements of the business and a further announcement will be made in due course.
