Director/PDMR Shareholding
Further to the announcement made on 30 November 2010, the Company announces that it has issued Brian Collie with the following ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each, pursuant to the terms of his Employment Contract, based on the closing price of the ordinary shares on 30 December 2010:

Application has been made to AIM for the admittance to trading of 26,666 Ordinary Shares. Trading is expected to commence on 10 January 2011.
Following the admission of the 26,666 ordinary shares, the Company's total issued share capital will be 1,156,303,332 ordinary shares. This figure (1,156,303,332 ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
