Grant of Options and Issue of Equity
Wynnstay Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 17 April 2012, 8,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Options") were granted to each of Ken Greetham, Paul Roberts and Andrew Evans, each of whom is a director of the Company, pursuant to the terms of the Company's approved share option plan ("CSOP"). The Options were granted at an exercise price of 375p and are exercisable between 18 April 2015 and 18 April 2022.
In addition, on the same date, the Company issued 8,000 new ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of eligible options under the CSOP at a price of 253p per share. The new Ordinary Shares have been allotted as fully paid and application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with dealings expected to commence on 24 April 2012. Following this allotment, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 16,641,245.
