Wynnstay, the agricultural supplies group, announces that on 20 February 2020, Miss Joanna Payne, the partner of Mr Paul Roberts, a director of the Company, and therefore deemed a person closely associated with Mr Roberts under the EU Market Abuse Regulation, purchased 500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 287.4 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Roberts & Miss Payne have a total combined beneficial holding of 98,998 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.498% of the Company's issued share capital.
