Executive Share Awards

As announced on 8 November 2022 and 9 May 2023, Joanne Wilson has been granted an award under the WPP Share Plans. This is the final award to compensate Joanne for incentives from her previous employer that she forfeited on joining WPP. The award vests in December 2025 and is no more generous in amount or deferral schedule than the awards forfeited by Joanne.
