Blocklisting Application
Naked Wines plc, today announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 400,000 ordinary shares of 7.5 pence each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
These New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the requirement to allot shares under the Naked Wines plc All Employee Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") and the Naked Wines plc Long Term Incentive Share Plan ("LTIP"). It is expected that admission will become effective on 7 July 2021. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
