Majestic Wine PLC27 June 2007 Majestic Wine PLC 27 June 2007 Director Dealings MAJESTIC WINE PLC (the 'Company' or 'Majestic') The Company operates a deferred bonus scheme for its senior managers. The Group's deferred bonus scheme involves the award of bonus shares toparticipants subject to meeting performance criteria that are set annually bythe remuneration committee. Any bonus shares awarded in this manner are held onbehalf of participants by the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust ('ESOT')for a two year deferral period. At the end of that period, participants have aright to receive loyalty shares of an equivalent number provided that they arestill in employment. Following the award of bonus shares during June 2005, the two year loyaltyperiod has now been completed and Justin Apthorp, who is now an ExecutiveDirector of the Company, was awarded loyalty shares on 27 June 2007 as set outbelow.
