Total Voting Rights
As at 1 May 2026 the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 71,717,079 with 4,364,165 Shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company will therefore be 67,352,914. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
