Board Change 

Following its announcement on 3 March 2008, the Board of Majestic Wine PLC confirms that it has now agreed with Tim How that he will retire on 8 August 2008, following the Company's Annual General Meeting. Steve Lewis will be appointed Chief Executive on the same date.
