Save As You Earn Options

On 8 April 2026, Save As You Earn Options ('SAYE Options') of over 417,274 ordinary shares in Wilmington plc (the "Company") were granted under the Wilmington SAYE Plan 2018 (the "SAYE Scheme") with a per share exercise price of £2.0608 to employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. Participation in the SAYE Scheme was open to all eligible employees as defined by the scheme. The exercise price of £2.0608 was calculated in accordance with the rules as set out in the SAYE Scheme. The SAYE Options will normally vest and become exercisable over a three year vesting period from the date of grant and can be exercised within six months following vesting.

The Notification of Dealing Forms set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
