Deal Group Media PLC18 July 2005 18 July 2005 Deal Group Media plc Issue of equity Deal Group Media plc announces that it has applied to the London Stock Exchangefor admission to trading on AIM of 682,300 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with theexisting shares in issue, and it is expected that admission will becomeeffective on 20 July 2005.
