VELA TECHNOLOGIES PLC ("Vela Technologies" or the "Company") Exercise of warrants 4 November 2013 Vela Technologies plc (AIM: VELA) announces that the Company has receivednotice from Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited ("PCF") for the exercise ofwarrants over 4,575,379 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.5p per Ordinary Share. The exerciseis in full satisfaction of a warrant instrument referred to in the Company'sCVA and investing company circular dated 21 December 2012. Application will bemade for the new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company'sexisting issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. It isexpected that Admission will become effective on 8 November 2013. Following the issue, the Company has 157,088,020 Ordinary Shares in issue, eachcarrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Sharesin Treasury.
