Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
United Oil & Gas Plc, the London Stock Exchange listed oil and gas exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that following the announcement dated 18 September 2018 regarding the oversubscribed conditional placing to raise £3 million, the Company will be posting a circular to shareholders ahead of the General Meeting and a copy of the circular is available for download on the Company's website at www.uogplc.com.
The General Meeting will be held at 2pm on 8 October 2018 at the offices of Kerman & Co LLP, 200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ.
