Net Asset Value and Dividend Announcement

The Company announces that its unaudited Net Asset Value as of 31 March 2015 is £480.0 million (104.1p per share).

The Company's March 2015 Factsheet is available on the Company's website, www.greencoat-ukwind.com.

The Company also announces an interim quarterly dividend of 1.565p per share in respect of the period from 1 January 2015 to 31 March 2015. The target dividend for 2015 is 6.26p per share, in line with the Company's long term dividend policy.
