Result of AGM
The Board of Union Jack is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held today, at the offices of Osborne Clarke, 2 Temple Back East, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6EG, that resolutions 1-7 as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were duly passed. As announced on 22 May 2015 resolution 8 was withdrawn.
