Shareholders are referred to the RNS dated 10 May 2021 - Further Corporate Update, in which the Company updated the market on the status of statutory audited financials and the auditors' changes.
The Company herein presents the Audited Financial Statements for Umuthi Healthcare Solutions & Lems Pharmaceutical Limited for the periods ending 28 February 2019 and 29 February 2020.

These financials are released, with no changes to previous amounts and disclosures, due to the fact that the audit reports, as signed by the new auditors, were signed after the Company's admission to trading.
