Performance Share Plan Award

The Director named below has been granted a conditional nil cost share award under the Taylor Wimpey Performance Share Plan. In addition to the flexibility within the shareholder approved Directors' Remuneration Policy to adjust the formula-driven outturn to improve the link between reward and performance, the Remuneration Committee (the Committee) will review the number of shares vesting by reference to the achievement of the performance conditions, in combination with the share price appreciation over the performance period.Ā If the Committee concludes that there has been a windfall caused by a short-term dip in the share price at the time the award was granted, it has discretion to scale back the number of shares vesting as appropriate.
