Taylor Wimpey 2008 Executive Incentive Scheme (TWEIS) - 2012 Award (Deferred Shares)
Further to the announcement made on 28 May 2012, relating to the 2010 and 2011 TWEIS awards (deferred shares) and the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRI Plan"), in which the Company confirmed that a further announcement would be made with regard to the deferred shares held on trust for Executive Directors pursuant to the 2012 TWEIS, in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") has been advised today by SG Hambros Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited ( the "Trust") that, as a result of participation by the Trust in the DRI Plan, the following number of ordinary shares in the Company have been added to the conditional deferred share bonus awards granted under the TWEIS to the Directors named below:

The number of DRI Plan shares added, which were acquired in London today at a price of 42.69 pence per share, were calculated at a price of 43.35 pence per share, being the price at which the DRI Plan shares were acquired generally on 22 May 2012.
