In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") has been advised that on 22 May 2012, as a result of participation by the Trust in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRI Plan"), the following number of ordinary shares in the Company have been added to the conditional deferred share bonus awards granted under the Taylor Wimpey 2008 Executive Incentive Scheme ("TWEIS") to the Directors named below.

The number of DRI Plan shares added were acquired in London on 22 May 2012 at a price per share of 43.35 pence.

This announcement relates to shares held on trust pursuant to the 2010 and 2011 Executive Incentive Schemes - a further announcement will be made when the Company is informed by the Trust of shares purchased in respect of shares deferred and held on trust pursuant to the 2012 Executive Incentive Scheme.
