Tottenham Hotspur PLC21 August 2007 Tottenham Hotspur plc ("the Company) Issue of Equity Tottenham Hotspur plc ("Tottenham Hotspur" or "the Company", ticker AIM: TTNM)announces that pursuant to Conversion Notices received under the terms of theOffer 288 Preference Shares have been converted, at a rate of 1,562 OrdinaryShares per Preference Share, into 449,856 Ordinary Shares, and pursuant toRedemption Notices received under the terms of the Offer 4 Preference Shareshave been redeemed. The Company has applied for 449,856 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading onAIM. Admission is expected to take place on 29 August 2007. Total Voting Rights Tottenham Hotspur plc ("Tottenham Hotspur" or "the Company", ticker AIM: TTNM)announces that, for the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company'stotal issued share capital at 29 August 2007 is 93,067,975 Ordinary Shares of 5pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and 58,508 Preference Shares of 78.10 pence each("Preference Shares"). Accordingly the total number of voting rights in respectof Ordinary Shares which are admitted to trading on AIM is 93,067,975. There areno voting rights attached to the Preference Shares.
