Appointment of Kevan Watts as Non-Executive Director
Tottenham Hotspur plc (tickers: TTNM and TTNA) is delighted to announce the appointment of Kevan Watts as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Kevan recently retired after a 29 year career with Merrill Lynch during which he worked in New York, London, Hong Kong and Mumbai. He held several senior management roles including Chairman Asia Pacific, Co-Head Global Investment Banking, Chairman Europe, Middle East and Africa and Chairman International.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1981, Kevan worked for seven years at H M Treasury after gaining two degrees at Oxford University. He is a member of the International Advisory Council of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd, a major telecom equipment and software company headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
Kevan Vincent Watts, aged 59, is a director of Frankham Estates Limited.
There is no further information in connection with the appointment of Mr Watts to the Board of Directors which is required to be disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
