Total Voting Rights
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 16 November 2011 concerning the facility set up for shareholders in the Company holding 10,000 ordinary shares or less ("Small Shareholders") to be able to dispose of their shares in the Company at nil cost ("Nil Cost Dealing Facility"), the Company announces that Small Shareholders have submitted 31,778 ordinary shares under the Nil Cost Dealing Facility prior to the dealing date of 24 November 2011 and the Company has bought for cancellation 31,778 ordinary shares at 39.5p per share.
Following this transaction, there are 213,827,209 ordinary shares in issue. For the purposes of the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 213,827,209.
The above total voting figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or change to their interest in, Tottenham Hotspur PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
