Issue of Equity

Tottenham Hotspur plc ("Tottenham Hotspur" or "the Company", ticker AIM: TTNM) announces that pursuant to Conversion Notices received following the first conversion date for the convertible redeemable preference shares (the "Preference Shares") 8 Preference Shares have been converted, at a rate of 1,562 Ordinary Shares per Preference Share, into 12,496 Ordinary Shares.

The Company has applied for 12,496 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place on 18 December 2008.

Total Voting Rights

Tottenham Hotspur plc (“Tottenham Hotspur” or “the Company”, ticker AIM: TTNM) announces that, for the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's total issued share capital at 18 December 2008 is 92,799,073 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”) and 58299 Preference Shares of 78.10 pence each (“Preference Shares”). Accordingly the total number of voting rights in respect of Ordinary Shares which are admitted to trading on AIM is 92,799,073. There are no voting rights attached to the Preference Shares.

 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
