Tristel PLC12 March 2008 Tristel plc ("Tristel" or "the Company") Issue of Equity Total Voting Rights Tristel, the AIM listed provider of infection and contamination controlproducts, announces that it has raised gross funds of GBP1,000,400 to assistwith its continuing product development programme and for working capitalpurposes through the placing of 2,440,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each, at aprice of 41 pence per share to institutional investors. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM and these new shares are expected to be admitted on 18th March 2008. Following the placing, the Company has 26,882,880 Ordinary Shares in issue, allof which carry voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders of theCompany as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine ifthey are required to notify their interest in, or change their interest in, theordinary share capital of the Company.
